## About the Role

* Completed degree in aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification
 * Experience in systems engineering and Flight Management Systems or similar functions
 * Knowledge of design and simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink or SCADE
 * Experience with Flight Crew Alerting Systems is an advantage
 * Experience with UAV or RPAS applications is a plus
 * Business-fluent English; German knowledge is nice to have, * Experience with specialized technical roles in aerospace and high-tech environments
 * Close customer interaction and clear communication in the project context

## Description

* Analyze requirements for military and civil Flight Management Systems and Flight Guidance
 * Design and develop FMS and automation functions for RPAS integration into general airspace
 * Design and develop Flight Guidance functions for aircraft and unmanned systems
 * Coordinate and manage subcontractors within the systems engineering scope
 * Specify and manage verification and validation activities
 * Support laboratory, ground and flight test activities for FMS-related functions
