You talk to stakeholders, understand the underlying problem, and architect a solution that balances speed with long-term stability. * Systems Fluency: You have a high "rate of learning" and thrive in high-growth environments where shipping is about balancing fast iteration with high-quality engineering across various languages, frameworks, and infrastructure layers. Nice to have * Experience as a founding or early hire; able to define roadmaps where no blueprint exists. * A curiosity for robotics, ML, or IoT, excited to learn how your software interacts with the physical world. * Experience building platforms that handle terabytes of data or thousands of concurrent devices/users. ## Description At Sunday, we're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time. We have spent the last 18 months building a talented team, securing capital, and validating our technology. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join us in the next phase of our growth. If you are ready to apply your skills to the forefront of robotics innovation, we'd love to hear from you. What to Expect To architect the next generation of robotic intelligence, we need versatile engineers to craft the systems that make it possible. As a Full Stack Generalist, you will move across our entire ecosystem, from our global data collection pipeline to our ML training and robot management platforms. We are looking for "0 to 1" builders who thrive on solving complex, high-impact challenges rather than sticking to a narrow roadmap. What You'll Do Depending on your strengths and the team's needs, you could dive into one of several core software pillars: * Data Operation Tooling: Scaling our "Data Engine" to manage thousands of global collectors and building high-fidelity tools to audit and distill massive amounts of human motion data. * Machine Learning Systems: Building the "Laboratory" where our ML team evaluates models, including "human-in-the-loop" observability interfaces and large-scale data processing. * Robot Fleet Management: Architecting our "Mission Control" to securely identify, monitor, and manage our fleet of robots as they deploy into real-world environments. * Core Infrastructure: Proactively identifying friction across our stack and building the shared services, APIs, and internal tools that allow the entire team to move 10x faster. ## Related Videos - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
