The Network Engineer will assist field technicians with the configuration, provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting of network equipment and customer services from Core to NID devices. In this role, the engineer will work directly with field personnel to support automated equipment turn-up processes, validate connectivity, and ensure successful activation of customer internet, video, and voice services. Responsibilities also include supporting Layer 2 and Layer 3 testing for point-to-point circuit connections, verifying service configurations, and assisting with port activations and troubleshooting activities.
