## About the Role

* Education -Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related analytical discipline is preferred with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar or related field.
 * Markets -Knowledge of ERP master data concepts, source-to-target mapping, data quality controls
 * Required Skills -MS Office programs, written and oral fluency in English.

## Description

Belden's Business Data Analyst will supportdriving our SAP S/4HANA transformation by designing and deploying standardized, scalable, and efficient global business processes.This role is critical for harmonizing processes, establishing data governance, and enabling real-time decision-making across all business functions.This position reports directly to the Director, Data Governance & Integrity and allows for a remote hybrid schedule.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

 * Gather and validate data requirements across assigned process areas.
 * Contribute to the design of end-to-end global business processes within SAP S/4HANA.
 * Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system meets business needs.
 * Participate in data preparation, validation, and migration activities.
 * Develop or support end-user documentation, training, and adoption efforts.
 * Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Workstream Leads, Change Management, Data & Governance, Technical) to ensure project success and data consistency.
 * Recommend process/system enhancements and escalate issues impacting project integrity.
 * Validate test results and converted data; approve training materials.
