## About the Role

* 10+ years in SAP Finance delivery, including 2-3 PaPM implementations.
 * Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, PaPM modeling (allocations, cost flows, profitability analysis).
 * Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs (Brownfield/Greenfield).
 * Proven project management experience (SAP Activate, Agile/DevOps delivery models).
 * Familiarity with data integration (BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, ETL tools).
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred:

 * Exposure to Life Sciences/MedTech (SOX/GxP compliance).
 * Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and financial planning.
 * PMP/Scrum or SAP certifications.

## Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) and Finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements (SOX/GxP), and SAP best practices. Drive program governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful execution across design, build, and deployment phases., * Manage SAP PaPM and Finance transformation programs (S/4HANA, Central Finance, FP&A integration).

 * Lead planning, budgeting, resource management, and delivery governance (Agile/Hybrid SAP Activate).
 * Oversee PaPM solution design for profitability modeling, allocations, cost transparency, and regulatory reporting.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams (FI/CO, BW, PaPM, Integration, Data, Security).
 * Drive Fit-Gap, solution architecture alignment, and quality assurance across SDLC phases.
 * Ensure compliance with SOX/GxP controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting standards.
 * Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level reporting (SteerCo/CIO updates).
 * Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPI frameworks and performance analytics.
