## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams.
 * 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, preferably with Workday Financials.
 * Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Procurement, Expense Management, Tax, and Fixed Assets.
 * Experience leading technology projects from planning through implementation and support.
 * Knowledge of data migration, integration, validation, and third-party system connectivity.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Workday Pro certifications preferred.

## Description

Seeking a Manager of Finance Technology to lead the strategy, support, and optimization of Workday Financials. This role will oversee a team responsible for finance technology solutions, drive financial systems transformation initiatives, and partner closely with finance and technology leaders to improve processes, data integrity, and user experience., * Own the roadmap, strategy, and prioritization for Workday Financials and related finance technology products.

 * Lead day-to-day operations, support, and continuous improvement efforts across finance systems.
 * Partner with finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and drive adoption.
 * Oversee system integrations, data migrations, validations, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
 * Manage Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production support activities.
 * Develop governance processes, maintain documentation, and support project prioritization.
 * Lead and mentor a team of Workday and finance technology professionals.
 * Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and provide executive-level status reporting.
 * Manage vendor relationships and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
