This role leads the implementation of robust IA policies, programs, and defensive strategies to protect enterprise systems and networks from evolving threats. The ideal candidate will oversee vulnerability management, incident detection and response, and the integration of secure system architectures, while guiding technical teams in resolving complex cybersecurity challenges. Responsibilities include managing intrusion detection and perimeter defense systems, evaluating security incidents and implementing corrective actions, and conducting forensic analysis to support investigations and strengthen future defenses. The position also supports certification and accreditation (C&A) activities, develops IA policies and procedures, and ensures alignment with DoD security frameworks and critical infrastructure requirements.
