You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems. * Core Stack: You'll be working with both modern and older tech, like React (v16/17) for the frontend and a mix of .NET Framework and .NET Core Web APIs for the backend. * Data: The main database is SQL Server (including 2019), often set up in a multi-tenant architecture. You'll see separate databases for transactions (OLTP) and reporting. * Speed & Search: Expect to use Redis for caching and Elasticsearch for search features. * Data Flow & Messaging: Data sync is a big deal, using SSIS to refresh current reports every 15 minutes. Near real-time reporting relies on SQL Server's Change Data Capture (CDC) to populate data marts. For audit events, they use RabbitMQ for messaging. * Integration & Reporting: You'll be connecting with resume parsing services, HRIS export tools, document imaging APIs, and even mobile biometric authentication. Report generation often uses Stimulsoft or IBM Cognos Analytics., * Associate Technical Architect will be responsible for connecting with clients for project briefing, consultation, installation, and close-out reviews * Play the role of Lead Developer for a team comprising of 8-10 resources * Help out in managing customer demands to ensure maximum satisfaction, and to maintain quality * Engage in the negotiation of customer job demands and specifications as regards to resources and infrastructure; and assist in creating comprehensive technical documents * Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery * Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting project targets and priorities.
