You will be a valued member of the quality engineering team and work collaboratively with client executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams. In this role, you will: * Define and drive a unified, comprehensive test strategy across all program streams, ensuring full coverage, resource alignment, and budget adherence * Develop integrated test plans and traceability matrices covering application functionality, data migration, workflows, and reporting * Establish and govern a stage gate assurance framework across preparation, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live validation phases * Lead execution oversight across all QA workstreams, proactively identifying risks and driving issue and defect resolution * Design and implement mock, parallel run, and automation-first testing strategies in collaboration with business and technology teams Work model: Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
