We are hiring a PC Renewal Operations Manager - North America to own end-to-end program outcomes across North America-ensuring we deliver the right device to the right user at the right time, with accurate asset data and disciplined operational controls. This role is for a builder/operator: someone who can take a complex, multi-party lifecycle process and drive measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience-while holding internal teams and suppliers accountable to clear standards. Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week.
