## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
 * Experience: 15+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, with at least 2-3 end to end implementations and 2-3 AMS engagement as Lead on Oracle Fusion Financials.
 * Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, Payments, AR, Cash Management, and Expenses.
 * Good process knowledge on Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
 * Knowledge on Projects and Grants preferred.
 * Technical Proficiencies: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI, OIC.
 * Integration Knowledge: Experience in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and FBDI/ADFDI for data loads.
 * Month-End Support: Assist finance users with month-end closing processes, reconciliation, and troubleshooting subledger accounting (SLA) issues.
 * Third party support: Collaborate with Oracle Support to raise Service Requests (SRs) and follow up to resolution.
 * Support Experience: Prior experience in a managed services or production support environment.
 * Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
 * Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
