 7. A minimum of five years in either the design or implementation of Merlin .Net.
 8. A minimum of five years with the design and implementation of medical software with an emphasis in epidemiology.
 9. A minimum of five years with deployment of application on test and production servers.
 10. A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in software development ensuring information security and patient confidentiality.
