This individual contributor is recognized as an expert in their field, developing comprehensive plans for the department to enhance ICS compliance. They are accountable for the performance and results of key initiatives, addressing complex issues with impact extending beyond their immediate functional area. This role applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent, anticipates internal and external business challenges, and proactively recommends process, product, or service improvements.
