* Strong experience in Oracle Cloud OTL & Payroll Modules and all Techno Functional components of Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL & Benefits along with Core HR
 * Candidate should also have experience in working with Fast Formula, HCM extracts and BI reports.
 * Experience with evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI.
 * End-End accountability and ownership of projects deliverables, * 12+ years of experience working on all technical objects development related Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance Modules.
 * Strong expertise in BIP, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Auto complete rules within Oracle HCM and ERP.
 * Should be able to multi task and work on multiple complex technical items at any given point of time.
