 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
 * 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-native or distributed systems Strong understanding of modern software design principles and cloud-native architectures
 * Proven ability to deliver complex solutions and own them end to end in production environments
 * Experience working with distributed multi-tenant systems
 * Experience raising engineering quality through design discussions, code reviews, and mentorship
 * Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and incident response
 * Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience building full-stack systems at scale using React and .NET
 * Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability trade-offs, and secure-by-default design
 * Experience working in high-scale or regulated environments
 * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, Automation, Data Analysis, Database Management, Network Architecture, Performance Optimizations, Problem Solving, Project Management, Software Development, System Designs, Technical Leadership
