You don't need direction-you see opportunities and act on them ## Description We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team. You'll work across a variety of growth challenges, from onboarding and activation, to engagement, retention, and monetisation. You'll design experiences that help users discover value, drive adoption, and support sustainable business growth. We value designers who can balance commercial goals with great user experience, but are equally comfortable working on classic growth problems like onboarding flows, feature discovery, and engagement loops. You'll partner with growth PMs, analysts, engineers, and other designers to build and ship quickly and learn fast. If you want to push the boundaries of growth design, while helping shape how SaaS evolves in the age of AI, this is the role., * You're solely focused on detailed design without interest in metrics and business outcomes. * You're uncomfortable with data analysis or making design decisions based on quantitative insights. * You need a lot of direction or structured processes-you should thrive in open-endedness and ambiguity. * You have no interest in monetisation strategies or driving business growth through design.
