Resilience, an acceptance of change management with the willing to self-develop with any future training and development needs. ## Description We're looking for a proactive and conscientious Systems Engineer to support the development and integration of electrical and electronic systems across our vehicle programmes. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the V-model development process, have experience working within an OEM environment, and bring a strong combination of theoretical understanding and practical engineering experience. Comfortable working in a small team within an intense, delivery-focused environment, they will help define system requirements, coordinate cross-functional activities, support testing and validation, process engineering releases, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
