If you're inclined towards more challenging tasks and aspire to exceed expectations, our environment may align better with your ambitions, join us!, * Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. * 5+ years of experience in workplace technology, end-user computing, or systems administration roles. * Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Okta, Print Management solutions and Meraki networks. * Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Applications * Strong communication skills * Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proven troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work under pressure., * Experience designing or enforcing devices, identity, or collaboration standards. * Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Endpoint, Identity, or Security). * Experience working within a service management ITIL framework (ServiceNow preferred). ## Description The Workplace Technology Administrator is responsible for the administration, stability, and continuous improvement of the organization's workplace technology ecosystem. This role implements and maintains the configuration, lifecycle management, and operational health of employee-facing platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune (workstation and mobile device management), Okta, Meraki networks and enterprise print solutions. The role will also provide support to AIR Communities corporate and remote team members by responding to issues and requests via phone, chat, email and in person Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Platform Administration * Administration of workplace technology platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Okta, mobile device management, and print solutions.
