This role requires someone who can operate with urgency, communicate clearly, and keep field teams aligned in a fast-paced project environment., * Experience in field construction management, construction supervision, superintendent, project management, or similar construction leadership role. * Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects. * Strong understanding of field execution, trade coordination, construction sequencing, schedule management, and quality control. * Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in the field. * Ability to manage priorities, identify risks, and drive follow-through. * Commitment to safety, quality, schedule, and team accountability. * Ability to work onsite in Abilene, TX. Preferred Qualifications * Direct data center construction experience. * Experience supporting hyperscale or multi-building campus projects. * Familiarity with MEP systems, electrical distribution, critical power, cooling systems, telecom, fiber, structured cabling, or commissioning readiness. * Experience working in high-availability environments where uptime, reliability, and precision execution are critical. * Prior experience supporting project turnover, closeout, or commissioning coordination. ## Description Innovar Group is seeking an experienced Field Construction Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects in Abilene, Texas.
