Do you have experience in Software development?, At least 5 years' experience in AI/ML development with production deployments., * 5+ years of experience in software development

 * 3+ years focused on AI/ML development
 * Production experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
 * Strong Python programming skills
 * Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), * Deep understanding of transformer architectures
 * Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning
 * Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication

Big plus:

 * Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
 * Contributions to open-source AI projects
 * Published research or blog posts on AI topics
 * Experience with computer vision or speech recognition

## Description

* Design and implement AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
 * Build and optimize LLM-based applications using GPT-4, Claude, and open-source models
 * Develop multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
 * Create RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
 * Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions
 * Collaborate with product teams to define AI features
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
