In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing desktop support, maintaining key software systems, and collaborating with various stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. This position is based in North Las Vegas, Nevada, The Information Technology Manager is responsible for handling various technology issues related to a transit environment and supporting corporate infrastructure. Responsible for overseeing Transit software direction and providing comprehensive IT support, including desktop, server, and network services in line with SLAs. An employee in a position allocated to this class must be able to exercise a high degree of independent judgment. The employee receives guidance and general direction but is expected to independently develop and administer the projects and programs assigned. Manages local servers, supports transit technologies such as MDTs and Trapeze, and maintains voice/data systems including VOIP and T-1 lines. Leads IT projects, coordinates with client IT teams and vendors, and provides technical reporting to local divisional offices. Develop strategic IT plans focused on cost control, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. Ensures documentation standards are met and maintained across all IT operations and platforms * Responsible for providing different software direction, desktop, server, and network support for client operations according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
