Pay and Schedule
Hourly Pay: $34.71
Schedule: Flexible leave coverage with potential for long-term contract, * Provide warranty approvals for engine repairs to dealership technicians

 * Record, track, and manage technical inquiries in the Technical Assistance Database
 * Investigate and analyze vehicle specifications and system operations to resolve inquiries and validate service publications
 * Prepare trend analysis and technical reports from the database
 * Offer technical assistance to parts department hotline and technical personnel
 * Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure consistent application of service procedures
