This role will be responsible for overseeing ITIL-aligned change and release management processes, ensuring changes are delivered effectively, with minimal disruption to critical services. You'll work closely with technical teams, project managers, and key stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end change activity, manage release schedules, assess risk, and drive continuous improvement across the service delivery function.
