## About the Role

Must have: Mobile App Testing, API Testing, JIRA, SQL, Agile / Scrum, SDLC & STLC
Nice to have: UFT, Tosca, Epic EMR and Selenium
Qualification:

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related field.
 * 8+ years of hands-on QA experience
 * Proven multi-project management skills
 * ISTQB certification preferred
 * Epic certification is a strong plus
 * Experience in healthcare IT domain preferred
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
 * Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
 * Skilled at prioritizing in high-pressure, multi-deadline environments

## Description

* Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
 * Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploration across web, desktop, mobile, and API layers.
 * Conduct comprehensive API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI (REST/SOAP services).
 * Execute and manage mobile application testing on iOS and Android platforms, including device farms.
 * Define, track, and report QA metrics, present status to stakeholders and leadership regularly.
 * Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct peer reviews of test cases and automation scripts.
 * Partner with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
 * Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and enforce QA best practices across teams.
 * Manage defect lifecycle end-to-end using JIRA, Azure, or equivalent tools.
