User Research & Experience Design * Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and customer journey analysis. * Translate insights into personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions. * Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. * Ensure consistency through design systems and reusable design patterns. AI Experience Design * Design AI-powered experiences including copilots, conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, and recommendation systems. * Person must know AI tools which are used in UX designing process. Team & Stakeholder Leadership * Mentor and develop UX designers and researchers. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business leaders. * Present UX strategies, research findings, and design recommendations to senior stakeholders. * Drive alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technology solutions.
