Technical Experience: * Proficiency in C#/.NET and .NET Core, SQL Server, implement Azure PaaS components. * Strong experience building REST services and Web APIs, with front-end expertise in Angular. * Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JSON, and modern JavaScript libraries. * Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, VS Code and Azure DevOps in an Agile environment. * Experience with reporting and analytics technologies, including SSRS and Power BI. * Practical use of GitHub Copilot, OpenSpec or similar AI tools to enhance developer productivity. * Strong grounding in Agile practices, including Scrum, TDD, and unit testing. * Demonstrated experience in test-driven development and building robust unit test suites. * Ability to provide technical and process mentorship, including training and guiding peers. * #LI-Hybrid ## Description As a Senior Product Software Engineer , you will be a key contributor on the DXG team, supporting our suite of compliance solutions. In this role, you will apply your expertise in advanced software development, system design, and performance optimization to enhance product functionality, scalability, and overall user experience. Your leadership will drive high-quality outcomes, foster technical innovation, and influence the architectural direction of complex initiatives. This position requires strong business acumen, deep architecture and design proficiency, and a proven track record of technical leadership on challenging projects.
