 * Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and scalability
 * Hands-on leadership in solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture alignment
 * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering standards within Salesforce ecosystems
 * Strong partnership with Product to align roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and execute against business outcomes

## Description

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll help shape the future of our Wealth and Brokerage Salesforce Platform. As a Director of Software Engineering, you'll lead the delivery, execution and evolution of our Salesforce platform, driving innovation and scalable solutions that directly power business growth and exceptional associate experiences.

In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership, owning end-to-end delivery while fostering a culture of engineering excellence. You'll guide and inspire high-performing teams, enabling them to build resilient, scalable Salesforce solutions.

You'll partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Functional leaders to align priorities, influence strategy, and ensure the seamless execution of critical initiatives.
