The role ensures that architectures leverage cloud capabilities effectively while enabling modernisation of legacy platforms. The architect will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to design solutions that support high-performing ecommerce experiences and business systems., Define end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business and technology strategy Lead design of cloud-based solutions ensuring scalability, resilience, and security Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical designs Govern architecture standards, patterns, and best practices Support modernisation initiatives including legacy and mainframe transformation Ensure integration patterns support APIs, event-driven and data-driven architectures Provide technical leadership and guidance across delivery teams Contribute to roadmap planning and strategic technology decisions Conduct technical evaluations, determining or contributing to IT recommendations. Liaise with clients/sponsors/3rd parties advising on matters within their area of expertise, to understand business needs and support efficient problem resolution.
