As a Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping large-scale, complex programmes that drive real business change. You'll lead from the front-guiding teams, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring every project delivers measurable outcomes. What you'll do

 * Lead major programmes and manage a team of Project Managers to deliver business-critical outcomes.
 * Own the delivery approach-from defining programme structures to implementing governance and assurance frameworks.
 * Drive success across the lifecycle, from pre-sales and proposal development through to delivery and benefits realisation.
 * Engage stakeholders at all levels, influencing attitudes and ensuring alignment with customer governance and business needs.
 * Forecast and optimise resources, balancing multiple assignments for maximum efficiency.
 * Grow the practice, building capability and fostering a high-performing team culture.
 * Act as a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and recommending best-fit methodologies.
