Do you have experience in UX?, * Proven experience improving performance KPIs tied directly to revenue growth

 * Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnels, lifecycle marketing, automation, and customer journey strategy
 * Ability to identify problems quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute independently
 * Experience with platforms such as GoHighLevel, Shopify, GA4, CRM systems, and automation tools
 * Strong analytical thinking combined with practical execution ability
 * Comfortable operating both strategically and handson
 * Ability to thrive in a fastmoving, entrepreneurial environment
 * Calm, confident communicator who can defend decisions with logic, data, and business reasoning
 * Someone who wants to build something meaningful - not just complete assigned tasks

## Description

* Improve KPIs tied directly to revenue, including conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention, and funnel efficiency
 * Build, optimize, and manage funnels, automations, workflows, and conversion systems
 * Develop and improve landing pages, forms, nurture sequences, booking flows, offers, and customer journeys
 * Analyze behavioral data, attribution, funnel progression, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
 * Own testing initiatives including A/B testing, UX optimization, messaging refinement, and funnel experimentation
 * Work directly with leadership, creative, paid media, development, and strategy teams to improve performance across the entire conversion ecosystem
 * Present findings, opportunities, and optimization strategies clearly and confidently
 * Operate with urgency, accountability, and ownership over measurable business outcomes
