Preferred Experience * 7+ years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience. * Cybersecurity experience. * Customer service experience., * Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community. * Understanding of treatment planning and Radiation Oncology clinical workflows. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. * Highly motivated to help clinicians improve their workflow. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist customers via phone and web meetings. * Comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently in a customer-facing environment. Using such tools during the process may affect your candidacy. ## Description As an IT Installation Specialist, you'll help Radiation Oncology clinics successfully implement and maintain Radformation's software solutions. Working within an assigned territory, you'll partner closely with Account Managers, Clinical Implementation Managers (CIMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and hospital IT teams to install software, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clinics through implementation planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
