to support real user growth. /li li Work with the team on product strategy, user experience and feature prioritisation. /li li Bring ideas to the table based on your own understanding of golf, social platforms and consumer app behaviour. /li li Take ownership of technical delivery in a fast moving startup environment. /li /ul h3 What We're Looking For /h3 ul li Full stack development experience. /li li Experience building and shipping consumer facing products. /li li Good understanding of AI agents, LLMs, automation, RAG, AI workflows or applied AI products. /li li Ability to move quickly without sacrificing long term technical quality. /li li Strong product instincts and the ability to think beyond code. /li li Leadership ability, with the confidence to eventually build and manage a technical team. /li li Comfortable working in a fast moving, early stage startup where priorities can change quickly. /li li Highly self motivated, proactive and able to work
independently. /li li Strong communicator who can explain technical decisions clearly to non technical founders, investors and partners. /li li Familiarity with startup culture and the intensity required to build something from the ground up. /li li A genuine understanding of golf culture. Ideally, you are an avid golfer. /li /ul h3 Nice to Have /h3 ul li Experience building social media, marketplace, creator economy, sports tech or consumer community products. /li li Experience with video, image processing, computer vision or shot tracing style technology. /li li Experience with AI powered recommendation systems or personalised user journeys. /li li Experience scaling apps from MVP to thousands or millions of users. /li li Experience working with data infrastructure, analytics and monetisation systems. /li li Experience in early stage fundraising, investor conversations or technical due diligence. /li li Based in London or able to meet in London

Ideally, you play regularly and naturally understand the culture, humour, frustrations and social dynamics of the game. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Lead the technical development of Stingr from MVP to full production launch. /li li Own the technical roadmap, architecture and engineering priorities. /li li Work closely with the founders to turn product ideas into scalable, high quality features. /li li Lead development across mobile app, backend systems, AI features, data infrastructure and integrations. /li li Make key decisions around architecture, infrastructure, security, scalability and performance. /li li Help hire, manage and mentor future developers as the engineering team grows. /li li Ensure the app is stable, fast, secure and ready
