Required Education and Training * Minimum 10 years of experience in a progressive manufacturing environment, 4-year degree preferred in Business Management, Logistics or Engineering. * Working Conditions * none Preferred Skills and Experience * This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization. * APICS & Six Sigma certifications a plus. ## Description This position is seeking a creative, statistical and flexible individual with mastery of planning and material master and how it controls MRP signals. This position will support ECO cutovers and drive material, and actions required to meet ECO dates and E&O goals. The candidate will work with multiple cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Supply chain, IT and Engineering teams to achieve both tactical and strategic goals by fully understanding production demand and supply needs. Balancing operational goals while incorporating Lean Manufacturing principals and identify and coordinate issue resolution and continuous improvement opportunities. This position requires strong presentation and clear communication abilities.
