Technical Expertise: * Strong understanding of SAP PP functionalities, including MRP, production orders, capacity planning, and demand management. * In-depth knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection planning, quality control, quality notifications, and audit management. * Experience with integrating PP and QM with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PM. Certifications: * SAP certification in SAP PP, SAP QM, or S/4 HANA is highly desirable. Soft Skills: * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time in fast-paced environments., * Experience in the pharma industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GxP and FDA compliance for production and quality processes. * Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality management methodologies. * Knowledge of advanced planning tools and techniques within SAP S/4 HANA. ## Description Primary skills: SAP S/4 HANA, PP, MRP, QM, Functional Expertise, Integration Across SAP Modules, Testing, Documentation, and Support Job Description: Solution Design and Configuration: * Lead the design and configuration of the SAP PP and QM modules in S/4 HANA to support production planning and quality management processes. * Configure production planning functionalities such as MRP, production orders, and capacity planning in alignment with business needs. * Implement quality management processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, and non-conformance management to ensure compliance with industry standards. S/4 HANA Implementation: * Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, focusing on integrating PP and QM functionalities. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct blueprinting sessions, and ensure alignment with production and quality objectives. * Support data migration activities, ensuring accurate transfer of master and transactional data related to production and quality processes. Process Optimization: * Implement best practices for optimizing production planning and quality management processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure product quality. * Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization, and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Testing and Validation: * Develop and execute test plans for PP and QM processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional requirements and business scenarios. * Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities to ensure system integrity and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
