This leadership role involves guiding a team of experienced sourcing professionals who manage high-value, complex software procurement deals across Adobe. Your team's work will directly build how Adobe buys, negotiates, and manages its most strategic software investments. This outstanding opportunity requires critical thinking and people development. You will navigate commercially complex negotiations, support the growth of senior individual contributors, and represent GSS in executive-level conversations. Bring clarity to ambiguous situations, translate technical and financial complexity into actionable recommendations, and build trust with partners at every level of the organization.
