The position will supervise a portion of the MaineIT team supporting the Department of Education Information systems. MaineIT is seeking a highly talented individual wh o will re prese nt our C.A.R.E. values in all that they do. At MaineIT we: * Practice Customer-focus , ensuring that our customers are heard, and their needs are met. * Hold ourselves to a high level of Accountability by being transpar ent with our stakehold ers. * Maintain an effective level of Responsiveness by providing timely updates in a proactive manner., This position will be the functional supervisor for technical members of an Application Development team. Using servant leadership approaches you will ensure our organization meets the needs of multiple, often concurrent running initiatives while also providing continual flow operational and production support. You will work with the broader development team to ensure tasks are assigned, completed on time and of appropriate quality.
