Security Requirement * Active Secret Clearance ## Description Support Commander, Second Fleet (C2F) by enhancing Knowledge Management capabilities through the development and implementation of manpower visualization tools. This role is responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources, including command exercise schedules, manning documents, fleet command and control operations, and administrative requirements into streamlined dashboards or similar products. The objective is to provide senior leadership with clear, actionable insights into workforce utilization, enabling identification of overtasked personnel and opportunities to better distribute workload.
