This role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity while supporting clients, staff, and leadership in maintaining high-quality access to care. The Access Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding confidential information, ensuring eligibility coverage, and supporting the initial stages of Revenue Cycle Management., Admissions & Intake Oversight * Lead and oversee the full admissions and intake process. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of intake assessments. * Monitor workflow efficiency and continuously improve intake procedures. * Oversee participant eligibility applications through County Mental Health Services. Billing & Revenue Cycle Management * Maintain full compliance of billing processes across all funding sources. * Oversee the initial stages of Revenue Cycle Management. * Ensure billing procedures remain compliant with contractual and regulatory standards. * Support clients with billing, benefits, and financial inquiries as needed. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight * Ensure HIPAA compliance and protection of confidential client information. * Maintain credentialing compliance and documentation required by funding contracts and regulatory agencies. * Prepare intake and billing systems for audit readiness. Leadership & Staff Development * Directly supervise intake and billing staff. * Review and approve bi-weekly payroll for direct reports, if applicable. * Train new and current staff on admissions, billing procedures, compliance standards, and EHR systems. * Promote professional communication and adherence to organizational values., This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical access function within a mission-driven healthcare organization.
