## About the Role

* Experience directing and implementing information system security controls
 * Experience reporting on and advising senior leaders and technical teams on status and information system security recommendations
 * Experience developing and reporting a plan of action and milestone (POA&M)
 * Experience developing documentation to ensure continuing approval to operate (ATO)
 * Ability to navigate the approval to operate (ATO) accreditation and certification process
 * Top Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience ensuring the security of information systems, or 12+ years of experience ensuring the security of information systems in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with securing information systems in the cloud
 * Experience managing the full ATO accreditation and certification process
 * Security+ or CISSP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

## Description

Implement and manage policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.
