## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
 * Seven (7) to ten (10) years of networking, telecommunications, IT, or related experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
 * Thorough knowledge of:
 - Computer hardware and software systems
 - Information technology security requirements and disaster recovery practices
 - Networking, telecommunications, and system infrastructure
 - Customer service principles, strategic planning, and leadership techniques
 * Equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of degree requirements.

## Description

KAMO Power is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, IT Systems. This is an exempt position responsible for managing KAMO's computer systems, software responsibilities, and IT personnel at our Vinita, Oklahoma facility. This position plays a key part in ensuring the reliable, secure, and cost-effective operation of KAMO's information technology systems and infrastructure., * Manage the daily operations of information technology personnel, including providing guidance, direction, and training for employees.

 * Oversee the security, performance, and reliability of all information systems, including managed member systems.
 * Evaluate, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to ensure effective and reliable operations.
 * Maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and data center environments while staying current with advancements in technology and industry best practices.
