In this exciting role, you''ll be the sole IT Manager for a mid-size healthcare organization based in Irvine, CA. You will oversee all technology operations for approximately 100 users, providing essential support ranging from high-level network management to answering helpdesk queries. Collaboration will be key as you engage with users to ensure seamless IT experiences while driving efficiency across technical operations., * Provide white-glove technical assistance ensuring that end users receive top-notch support and rapid issue resolution.

 * Manage and maintain the Microsoft-centric environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all IT services.
 * Monitor and maintain local network uptime to guarantee a seamless technical experience for all users supported.
