Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to support data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will help transform data into meaningful insights that support clinical and operational decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders across the health system., * Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

 * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and clinical operations.
 * Assist with performance measurement, reporting, and information dissemination.
 * Identify and resolve data and reporting issues.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence initiatives.
 * Present data in a clear and user-friendly format for a variety of audiences.
