The employee is responsible for the computer management and telecommunications for District 1, encompassing the District Office and maintenance facilities in Cambridge, Princess Anne, Salisbury, and Snow Hill. The Computer Information Services Specialist Supervisor is the supervisory level of work evaluating, implementing and maintaining computer hardware and software. The incumbent oversees system management, workstation maintenance, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services.
