Client is based in the Lakewood/Golden area of Colorado and will require onsite work of 3-4 days a week onsite to work alongside* Our customer is undertaking a large, multi-year business transformation initiative to upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. They are currently in the design phase of this 3-year global program, which will impact operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. As part of this effort, they are looking to hire up to three experienced Project Managers with proven backgrounds leading ERP transformation initiatives - specifically migrations from legacy ERP systems to SAP. This assignment is expected to run through July 2028, with the first go-live scheduled for November 2027 and a second go-live planned for May 2028. Travel: If not based locally in Denver, the consultant will be required to travel to Denver every other week, Monday through Thursday. To augment their project management team, the client is seeking dedicated Project Managers with domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: Logistics - Transportation Management (TM) and 3PL Logistics - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) / Warehouse Management Source-to-Pay / Ariba (procurement, both direct and indirect; Ariba experience strongly preferred) These Project Managers will: Bring hands-on experience leading ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementations. Drive delivery across their respective functional workstreams. Partner with business process owners to define user stories and gather requirements. During delivery, support oversight of the Systems Integrator (SI), including management of offshore resources to ensure deliverables are met. Facilitate issue resolution by organizing review sessions, documenting risks and issues, and driving them to closure. Track and manage action items, ensure adherence to key milestones, and translate workstream activities into clear, actionable project plans. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the SI, and the client's technical teams. The role will primarily operate within Mountain Time Zone hours, though occasional early morning or evening meetings may be required to accommodate stakeholders in EMEA and APAC.
