Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics * Strong background in Integration of advanced military-grade radios * Experience with Technical documentation, troubleshooting, and client training * Managed full project lifecycles including planning, deployment, and support * Highly adaptable and mission-focused with global deployment experience. Preferred * Familiarity with system administration, encryption protocols, and secure radio operations. * Experience with Engineering design, cost estimation, and technical scheduling * Ability to Train personnel on secure communications equipment and protocols. * Adaptable to fast-paced, mission-critical environments. ## Description The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position., * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define voice interface requirements and ensure seamless integration with backend services. * Lead testing efforts for voice-enabled features, including performance validation, and user acceptance testing. * Apply configuration and change management best practices to support iterative development and deployment cycles. * Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of voice control capabilities in secure environments., * This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions. Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
