 * Idealerweise zertifiziert als "CISCO CCNA"

 * Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Betreuung spannender Projekte in großen, teils internationalen Kundenumgebungen
 * Erhebung und Analyse technischer Kundenanforderungen in bestehenden oder neuen Umgebungen
 * Überwachung aller Funktionen der Plattformen, Netze und Systeme
 * Entgegennahme von Störmeldungen sowie die Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Störungsbearbeitung in Ticketsystemen
 * Installation und Administration der IT-Systeme und Netzwerke
 * Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen
 * Administration und Implementation von Firewall- und Sicherheitslösungen
 * Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
