## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Analyst / Oracle HCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)., * Lead solution design and implementation for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll-related modules

 * Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL modules
 * Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, VBS Personalizations, and Payslip Templates
 * Drive end-to-end ownership of Payroll solutions and system enhancements
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for complex business requirements
 * Create functional specifications, use cases, test cases, and support all SDLC testing phases (FIT/SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, DR)
