Scope:

 * · Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur
 * · Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time)
 * · Implement HR Workflow Automation
 * · Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration
 * · Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation
 * · Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
 * · Participating in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions)
 * · Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer
