Do you have experience in IT department experience?, * Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines Required

 * Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills Required
 * Education in IT Support Required
 * Inventory Management experience Highly desired

## Description

* Process all equipment coming into or leaving IT
 * Update Asset Inventory System
 * Process Salvage equipment (removing the hard drives, doing entire process)
 * Unpacking and packing boxes for equipment and preparing it for shipment to ACF or other sites
 * Pickup and Deliver equipment from DIS/Excel/DTS/ETC
 * Complete any Service Now tickets on equipment requests (ie monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables, etc)
 * Reconcile all Inventory sheets (paper/electronic) on daily basis
 * Validate all of the IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory is up to date and correct
 * Serves as backup contact for level 1 support
