## About the Role

* Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related discipline; or no degree with 5 years of experience in the areas below.
 * Experience: Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following: graphics and multimedia development using software such as CorelDraw and Photoshop CS5; maintaining digital archives (photographs, vignettes, videos, and quotes); and the joint or Service doctrine development and publishing processes.
 * Security Clearance: Secret (per Staffing Plan).

Desired Qualifications

 * Prior help desk support in a DoD environment.
 * Familiarity with JDEIS applications (JEL, JEL+, JDDT).

## Description

* Provide on-call technical support and a help desk capability for JEDD applications and databases.
 * Receive and resolve user issues by email, phone, and in-application help tickets.
 * Maintain a running online record of reported problems and resolutions.
 * Escalate unresolved requests to the Government Information Systems Owner.
